Lynton-Edwards Stockbrokers (Pvt) Limited is an owner-managed stock broking firm, and a member of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange.
Lynton-Edwards Stockbrokers has provided a personalized and professional service since the firm’s inception in 2004, and has since established itself as one of the bigger stock broking companies in the market. The firm has transacted for, and assisted a number of world-class companies and currently has a diverse client base made up of both local and international investors.

Murray Lynton-Edwards, the company’s founder and principal stockbroker, gained his stock broking license in 1995, while employed by Sagit Stockbrokers. In March 1997, he co-founded Bard Stockbrokers and worked as the director responsible for dealing until June 2001, when he sold his shareholding to BancABC. He then established his own business, Lynton-Edwards Stockbrokers (Pvt) Ltd in 2004. He has been involved in the running of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange and has occupied numerous positions on the ZSE Committee during his career.
Onard started his career as a Banker with Barclays Bank of Zimbabwe in 1989. He rose through the ranks to become an Assistant Branch Manager, a position which he held when he left to join the then Edwards and Company in 1994, which later changed to Fleming Martin Edwards (now Imara). He covered all aspects of stock broking, qualified as a registered stock broker in 2005 and was appointed Director – Equities Trading, a position he held until he left to join Renaissance Stock broking (Pvt) Ltd (not Rencap) in 2008.
Wafa has been with the firm since inception. Having worked at Deloitte and Touche and ABC Stockbrokers prior to joining Lynton‐Edwards, Wafa has over 12 years of experience in the industry.
Langton is a registered stockbroker and a member of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange. Langton is also a licensed Securities Dealer, licensed by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B Comm) and a Master’s in Business Administration Degree (MBA) both from the National University of Science and Technology and is an associate of the Institute of Bankers (AIOBZ) and a member of the South African Institute of Financial Markets (MIFM). Langton has over 14 years of stockbroking experience at the highest level and a wealth of specialist local knowledge and expertise. He has worked on numerous transactions including the Truworths share split (2003), Intermarket/Zimbank merger (2007), TPH takeover by Zimplow (2013) and Art Offer to Minorities (2015).
Kudzanai joined LES in 2010 to start the research department. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Management (UNISA) and has qualifications in Investment and Portfolio Management (UZ), Accounting (IAC), Risk Management (UZ) and Financial Journalism. Before joining Lynton-Edwards, Kudzanai worked as a Financial Journalist and Analyst at ZFN for more than 6 years.
Jeniffer has worked at Lynton‐Edwards since 2008. Having studied a Bachelor of Accounting at Africa University, Jeniffer completed her Articles of Clerkship with Ernst and Young before joining the company.
David has worked at Lynton‐Edwards as a script administrator since 2006. He has over 12 years of experience in the financial sector, having garnered experience from tenures at ABC and Bard Discount House. He holds a Diploma from the IOBZ.
Eric Shenje joined Lynton-Edwards Stockbrokers in May 2006 having worked for African Banking Corporation now BancABC as a Front Officer Receptionist for twenty three years.
